Adam ate granola bars.

There comes a time when you stop rolling your eyes at your cousins Pinterest boards and tell yourself that she's probably right. Thanks Pony .. and congrats on the new addition to the family. He looks just like his brother Josh.

To God, 1000 years is like 1 day. I'm just making reference to Psalms 90:4. So if that's the case and Adam died at 930, he was almost a day old by Gods day, but in Earth terms? He was 930. My point is, he obviously had a great diet to last that long.

Keeping the word of wisdom isn't just restricting what's frowned upon. D&C 89 lists good foods. Fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes and meat in moderation.

It's an easy ask, and worth a try. I looked over lots of museli/granola bar recipes this morning and settled with a mixture of all of them.
I call it, the 7-Part Granola Bar.

Start with jumbo oats/porridge.

Pumpkin seeds.

Sunflower seeds.

Chia seeds & linseed's.

Cranberries.

Mix all that ish with honey or peanut butter. I am partial to honey and used peanut butter.

Freeze overnight then cut and chill.

Simple.
I don't call it going raw, vegetarianism or whatever else there is. I call it abiding by the word of wisdom to better my health. I've experienced for myself, watched and continue to watch people around me succumb to bad eating habits. I have to find something delicious and similar to lollies for Hubba, because they're going out the window too.
