Monkey Bread.

The original recipe is too wicked for consumption, I adjusted for health purposes. There is no need to wake up tomorrow bloated.
Start with part 2 c AP Flour and 4 c brown rice flour OR 6 c of AP Flour.
Add 2 packets of dry active yeast and 1 tsp of salt.
In a pot, scald some milk (UHT), 1/2 c butter and 1/2 c of sugar - I used Splenda.

Mash 3 rip bananas, the riper the better.

Add 2 eggs and bananas to the dry mix and the scalded milk mixture.

1 tsp of cinnamon after mixing

Knead and chafe that baby and set it in a greased glass jar to rise - 45 minutes. The scalded milk will aid as heat and the rise will be quick.

Punch down and roll into little balls and place into a bundt pan. Add the caramel and pecans.

Cook for 25 minutes at 200 degrees C.
It's all good.

While we're in health mode, I must plug Jo Randells Kiwigarden healthy freeze dried snacks.

The End.
