20/47 - Milanesa

Add some Italian seasoning to the bread crumbs for the Milanesa. Use thin sliced top sirloin.

1 minute in the deep fryer at 190°C is more than enough.

Larry said Argentines have a way with ruining a salad, so I went with tradition and sided this dish with a ruined salad, although I added Japanese Makoto dressing to my salad because if I wanted to eat an abomination I'd have my sister cook. (Love you. See you tomorrow kiss kiss).

Just as tasty as Mercados Buenos Aires!
