Regarding this post. I've done what's needed to be done to get our BBQ full.
Battered fries were on the menu at the Pizza Place in Acton, CA.
Had to try them out.

Sided with Mac n Cheese (casserole style) and the battered fries, it was next to being the real thing.
I had to shop around looking for ribs today. I found one pack of pork spare ribs at The Mad Butcher in town. I also bought a $20 pack of Lamb ribs, but I don't think I'll waste my BBQ sauce on lamb. If I'm going to do it, I need to do it right.
Wouldn't mind the Glad-its-night and the Tips from Ribs USA right now.
Another thing NZ fails to have, options wise, Ranch dressing.
