I did not see it coming, so I started to cook lunch for today.
My new crock pot is a brute. It's enough for a family of 7, not 3.
Sliced onions along the bottom.
Rub your pork with minced garlic, oregano, garlic & herb salt, salt and pepper.
2 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce.
Potatoes and carrots, add some salted herby goodness to those too then cook on low for 12 hours. Don't add water, remember crock pots retain juices and when you check on it at hour 8, you'll be surprised just how much fluid is in there. Enough to make a gravy.
