Slow Tuesday

The weather forecast lies today. It's supposed to be raining, but the sun is shining and the skies are blue. We call these days laundry days and there are 5 laundry baskets in this house, of 3, that are full. It's going to rain for the rest of the week apparently.

I had a dream yesterday to have the child draw on canvases so I can hang them in her bedroom, the bedroom she refuses to sleep in. I didn't want to clean paint, so I got crayons. It works - may fade sooner than paints, but the clean up is snap-your-fingers quicker.

On Saturday, the 17th, Larry and I will have been married for 13 years. I think we both stopped counting when we got sealed. Forever voids out the years. Either way, I'll spend my 'anniversary' watching the All Blacks take on the Wallabies in the opener for the next round of rugby tests. I'm excited for 2 reasons. 1. McCaw will play a full 80 minutes and 2. To prove this fool wrong and see a big win.

Summer part 2

Nessa envisioned this shoot with my nephew Ellis. They pulled it all together very well. Hubs was supposed to be in it, but got stage fright...
