Turtle Speed.

We've toyed with the idea of skipping a day of dialysis treatment. Larry spends 10 hours on the cycler machine, every day. One month supply of dialysis treatment is a little over 5k NZD. We do not pay for this, we're fortunate enough to be receiving help. Help is only temporary, we understand this.

I asked our nurse what the disadvantage is of skipping a day of dialysis treatment. If we skip a day a one month supply becomes a two month supply.

Shot down. Apparently it's not a big thing to skip a day, but to skip every other day Larry would not receive the best dialysis treatment possible.

Still no word re: His eyes.
Still no word re: Disability.
